House Building To Estate Agency And Back Again

2 min read

One of the most important factors to take into consideration when you are building a chicken house is the size. If your chickens begin to feel crowded at all, they are not going to be laying eggs as optimally as they could, thus you’re not going to do as well with that chicken coop as you had hoped.

Many people overlook this factor and wind up having to rebuild all over again to meet their needs once they realize the mistake.  สร้างบ้าน

Here are some guidelines to follow.

Small Chicken Houses

If you are only going to be housing two to three birds, then your best bet is to use a small chicken house. This will be much more cost effective for you since you’ll require fewer building supplies, and you won’t have to invest as much with the building process itself.

Another nice thing about small coops is that if you want to make it mobile, that option becomes available.

Medium Sized Options

Moving on, next you come to the medium sized coop option. Medium sized chicken houses are great for housing between three and seven birds, making it a flexible option if you’re starting small but are going to grow over time.

Be sure you factor in predators when building this size since with the higher number of birds you might find that other animals start to become more of an issue.

Large Chicken Coops

Lastly, if you’re going to house seven or more chickens, you will definitely want to go with a large sized chicken house. This will give them plenty of space to run around and they won’t feel overly trapped in.

Make sure you also consider adding two feeders to this size so that they don’t feel as though they have to fight for food.
